Delivery Information

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via Australia Post eParcel. The shipping cost of all orders is determined by weight and size.  Once your order has been packed, we will send you a confirmation email.  If you do not receive this email please check  your junk folders and spam filters.   Please be aware that you or someone at the postal address will need to sign for the package on delivery or you will need to pick it up from your nearest Australia Post office/agent.

To Brisbane, SE Qld, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide  1-2 days 
 To Central and Far North Qld, NSW, SA, NT, Victoria, Tasmania 2-4 days 
Western Australia  2-5 days 
   

Please contact us via email to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

New Zealand Postage - All New Zealand customers will receive their parcels via Australia Post in conjuction with the New Zealand Postal Service.  All packages will be registered so someone will need to be available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. Parcels will usually be delivered within 7-10 business days.  If your parcel has not arrived during this time, please contact us via email to trace your delivery.  Express shipping is available however needs to be quoted separately.  If you require Express shipping please make a note in the comments section of the checkout and we will contact you with a shipping quote within 1 business day.  Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be levied by the New Zealand Customs or Government in relation to your purchase..

International Postage - We do not ship to coutries outside Australia & New Zealand.
